Our motto is simple: We make it flush or it’s free. If you call us for a clogged toilet and we can’t make it flush … you don’t owe us a thing. But we will make it flush and we stand behind our work.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we provide, we will refund all of your money. If our plumbers smoke or swear in your home, are not drug-free, do not use floor protection or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service. If a repair fails in the first year, we will repair it again absolutely free.

We guarantee our work; manufacturer warranties cover fixtures and equipment. Repair is guaranteed for 30 days on workmanship and materials. New construction work is guaranteed for one year.

Whole-House Re-piping

We guarantee that your whole house repiping project will be completed on or before the date we have promised. We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 20 years. If your pipes fail at any time during that period (excluding acts of God, riot, or war), we will repair the failure free of charge. We guarantee that all materials used are as specified and up to code in your area. And we guarantee to protect the condition of your home.

On-Time Guarantee

You’ll receive a window of time for arrival. You don’t have to wait, because our technician will call or text you at least 30 minutes prior to arrival, with your scheduled appointment time. If we’re late by more than 15 minutes, your bill will be reduced by $50.

Neat and Clean Guarantee

Our technicians will arrive neat and clean. When they leave your home, you will see no dirt, debris or sign that they worked there. If you do, call us and we’ll return to make it right.

Plumbing Equipment and Fixture

We guarantee that the equipment and/or fixtures we have installed in your home will perform as we have stated. If any equipment or fixture fails during normal use in the first year, we will either repair or replace the item at no charge to you.

$100 No-Aggravation

We stand behind our installations and products so firmly that if your new water heater purchased from Mr. Flush fails within the first year, not only will we fix it for free, but we will also give you $100 in vouchers towards future services. It’s our way of saying, “sorry for the aggravation.”

Home Comfort

We guarantee our plumbers will not smoke or swear in your home, are drug-free, will wear shoe covers and will not leave you home without cleaning up. If you find out service does not live up to this standard, you won’t pay for the service until we meet your satisfaction.

Best Value Water Heater Solution

We guarantee you will not be able to find an identical water heater solution (product, service, installation quality, warranty or guarantee) from another company for less or we will happily pay you the difference plus a $25 finder’s fee.

No Lemon

Should your water heater tank develop a leak during its guaranteed period, we will remove it and give you a completely new water heater free of charge. If you have ever experienced a “lemon” before, you will truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.

Clear 90-Day, No-Clog

Your interior lines will remain clear, but in the unlikely event a blockage occurs within the following 90 days, you will receive priority service status. A plumber will be sent to your home that same day to restore water flow at no additional cost to you!

Clean 1-Year, No-Clog

Your interior lines will remain clear and clean, but in the unlikely event a blockage occurs within the first year of installation, you will receive priority status. A plumber will be sent to your home that same day to restore water flow at no additional cost to you!

Mainline 1-Year Trip

Your main sewer line will remain clear, but in the unlikely event of a stoppage within the first year of installation, you will receive priority service status. A plumber will be sent to inspect the line with a camera and restore water flow at no additional cost to you. Should a tree root be responsible for the stoppage, you are only eligible for one additional clearing of the line.
