The best plumbing company I have been a part of in the 35 years as a plumber.

After three other plumbers .....failure after failure ... Mr. Flush gave an estimate and did the work. It was a lot more work than in the estimate, but they did it until all was right. No extra charges, professional, knowledgeable and honest. I rate them at least 9. Thank you for being fair and honest. The only plumber my daughter or I will ever call.

As a single mother I am lost when it comes to plumbing issues. I came home from work one afternoon and found my kitchen sink stopped up completely. I called Mr. Flush and they sent a plumber right away. In no time my issue was repaired ... and he even installed a new faucet set I had bought and never used. Great people.

I have used Mr Central (parent company of Mr. Flush) several times with great results. Most recently my air conditioner stopped cooling. It was late on Saturday. The technician came within a half hour, went through the system, showed me the problem (a part that from age had burned out) it was not a common part, but he had a replacement in his truck. I asked if I needed to replace the whole unit. He called the top man and after a phone conference they told me that because of the age, I needed to expect that in a year or so. He did not try to push me to buy a new unit although I was ripe for that. He replaced the failed part. My bill was incredibly low and I got a tremendous amount of knowledge. Best repair call ever!!!

My service rep was very professional. I am very satisfied with his quality of work and professionalism. He provided me with several options for the work I requested to include provided the full cost before starting any work. He made sure to use booties over his shoes prior to entering the house. Mr. Flush was amazing. I came home one day to find no hot water. It was 7 at night but they still came right away. The technician was very professional. He gave me a few options to fix my problems not just a "take or leave it" option which I appreciated. He called before he came, arrived on time, investigated the problem, and worked diligently to complete the work. They aren't the cheapest company but you get what you pay for. I trust Mr. Flush for all of my plumbing needs and can rely that the work is completed right and was what I needed. He gave me his business card which has a coupon on it that he would let me use for that call and not wait for the next one but he also showed me the membership which saved me even more money so I bought the membership program instead which I suggest as well. I will call Mr. Flush for all my plumbing!!

I've used Mr. Central for new installs, maintenance and repairs. Nothing but praise for Mr. Centrals service. Their estimates for their work have always been inline with their billing. They have installed and maintain my farm's heating and cooling units, installed wood burning fireplaces and installed and maintained my farm's generator for those unexpected power outages. Highly recommended!
